Ag Ga Kwon is a short, beginner to intermediate level Kung Fu form. Although it is one of the shorter patterns in our system it is also one of the most powerful.

The form combines movements learned in the other beginner level forms but adds a few more intermediate skills and techniques to help the begin to bridge the gap between beginner and intermediate levels of practice and performance.
