This video contains Northern Praying Mantis form Da Ban Che Kwon. This is an intermediate level northern praying mantis form that teaches the practitioner to use large swinging blocks and strikes to neutralize an attacker.

Da Ban Che Kwon is a pre-requisite to learning the sister form So Ban Che Kwon (Xiao Fanche Quan).

This form is also known as Dae Bon Go Kwon, but is more commonly-referred to as Da Ban Che Kwon.
